All prices on the website are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT (12% for food).

•         We reserve the right to any errors in product information, prices, color reproductions or images.

•         The products are foodstuffs and are exempt from the right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act (see point 4).

We offer secure payment options via:

•         Card payment (Visa, Mastercard)

•         Swish

•         Klarna (Invoice or installment payment)

Payment is made in advance and must be received before we process your order.

4. Right of withdrawal and complaints

•         Right of withdrawal: Food is not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. If there is a problem with a product, please contact us for a complaint. Food cannot be returned.

•         Complaints: If a food product is faulty (e.g. damaged, the packaging is broken, something wrong with the product or if the best before date has passed upon delivery) you can complain about it within 14 days of receipt. Complaints are not processed via returbo as for the remaining products. To complain about a food product, contact us at [info@knatteplock.se] with the following information:

•         Order number

•         Description of the error

•         Product image

If the complaint is justified, you will need to fill out a form. If the complaint is approved, we will offer compensation, either a new product or a refund. Please note that it may be a good idea to keep the product in case of a complaint and that you should never feed or serve a damaged or defective product to your child.

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

6. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling or storage of the products after delivery. Always follow the storage instructions on the packaging. Our food products are suitable for children from eight (8) months. Children should only use our products under adult supervision.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions that apply to your purchase are those published on the website at the time of ordering.
