Order confirmation
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation to your e-mail address. It will contain all the information about your order.
Shipping within Sweden
With us, shipping costs 39 SEK for purchases under 599 SEK. Shipping is free for purchases over 599 SEK. Your order will be shipped with DHL, Schenker or Postnord. Depending on what you order, you will receive the package directly to your mailbox or you can pick up the package at a postal agency. You will be notified by SMS to the mobile number you provided when placing the order when the package arrives at a postal agency.
World wide shipping
With us, shipping within in EU costs 59 SEK for. Shipping outside the EU costs 149 SEK. Your order will be shipped with DHL. Depending on what you order, you will receive the package directly to your mailbox or you can pick up the package at a postal agency. You will be notified by SMS to the mobile number you provided when placing the order when the package arrives at a postal agency.
Delivery
Please note that it may take 1-4 business days for your order to be shipped from our warehouse. After that, it will take approximately 1-3 business days to actually ship. Contact us at info@knatteplock.see if you have any questions about the delivery of your order. Delivery times do not take into account delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
So far we deliver to the Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland).
Unclaimed Packages
If we receive packages that have not been collected from a postal agent, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs associated with such a return. In addition, there will be administrative handling costs of SEK 300. The money will be deducted from the amount paid for the order or an invoice will be sent to you.
Payment Methods
Credit card
With us you can pay with VISA, MasterCard and Amex. There are no additional charges for these card payments.
Security
This is an online shop built on a platform called Shopify.
Shopify is certified as Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an informative security standard for organisations that handle credit card and payment card data. The standard was created to improve control of credit card data and reduce credit card fraud.
Klarna
You can also pay with Klarna Bank AB. Then you can choose from the following options:
Payment within 14 days: payment period of 14 days from the date of shipment of the order from us.
Partial payment: you pay from time to time based on a chosen plan of 6-36 months.
Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna that allows the borrower to pay for purchases in monthly installments of at least 1/24th (minimum SEK 50) of the total credit used or according to the terms approved at checkout.
Orders placed with Klarna Invoice can only be placed by residents of Sweden. You can find more information about Klarna here and read the terms of use here.
Returns
We hope that you will like everything you have ordered from us. However, if something is not right, you have a 14-day right of return from the day you received your order. If you would like to return a product, you can email us at info@knatteplock.se and we will assist you with the return process. Please always include your order number when communicating with us.
To receive a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for the returned product.
Refund
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product and decision for the return.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. We cannot issue a refund to an account other than the one from which the payment was made.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you need to return the product to us and then place a new order with the desired product. Email us at info@knatteplock.se and we will assist you with the return. Please always include your order number when communicating with us.
Wrong or damaged items
Knatteplock acts in accordance with current consumer protection laws. Please inform us as soon as possible if you have received a defective product. In the event of product defects, we will of course be responsible for returning the product. Contact us at info@knatteplock.se to inform us of the defect or damage to the product.
