Delivery
- Our delivery time is 2-5 working days within the Nordic region. Approximately 4-7 working days outside the Nordic region.
Within Sweden you can choose between DHL, Postnord & Budbee box or Budbee home delivery.
-When your package was sent from the warehouse, you will have received an email with a tracking link where you can follow your package.
- If you do not collect your package from your agent, it will automatically be sent back to us after 7 days. We will then charge a fee of 200 SEK for an uncollected package. See our terms and conditions here.

- We have free shipping over 599 SEK. If you shop under this amount or wish to use a different shipping method than the one that is free of charge, shipping is an additional cost of 49 SEK within Sweden.
My order
- Please check if it has ended up in your email's spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation the day after a purchase, please contact us. info@knatteplock.se then we will send it to you.
- Unfortunately, we cannot add a product to an order that has already been placed. However, you are welcome to place a new order.
- You are always welcome to email us. info@knatteplock.se We will be happy to help you check if it is possible. However, this is not a guarantee.

Returns
-Please use our return form which you will find here.
- Within 30 days after we have received your return. A refund will then be made to your account or your invoice will be credited.
- We are very sorry about this. Please email our customer service. info@knatteplock.se med a description of what is wrong with the product along with a picture or video showing how the product is faulty and we will help you further.
- If you feel that you have received a defective product, you are welcome to contact our customer service. info@knatteplock.se then we will be happy to help you further.
-You have 14 days to cancel your order from the day you receive your product. Use our return form to create a return.
Payment and refund
- Unfortunately, we are unable to update the payment method on an order that has already been placed.
- If money has not been deducted or reserved from your account, it may be that your order has not been processed, or you have chosen to pay via partial payment or invoice. Please contact our customer service. info@knatteplock.se then we will help you.
-It may take up to 30 days for us to process refunds. Please contact our customer service. info@knatteplock.se om If that time has been exceeded, we will look into your case.
- You enter your gift card number at checkout. There is a field at checkout where you enter the code.

Products
- Our products are only sold on our website.
- Unfortunately, we are currently unable to wrap your package.

-All our products are specially adapted for young children and can be used from 6 months.
As with all plates made entirely of silicone, it is difficult to get the suction cup to fit 100%. This is because the material is soft and malleable. A tip is to wet the suction cup before attaching it to the surface, so it will stick best.
